Embarkation day skills challenge
Suitable for children 8-12
Children will be issued with a challenge card then they will visit stations where they will explore the skills, knowledge and fitness that WW1 soldiers would learn in their basic training. These include: fitness, first aid, semaphore, Morse code, marching, knot tying, map reading and compass skills. Participants will receive an embarkation day badge.
