To mark the historic occasion of the New Zealand Governor, Lord Liverpool, declaring New Zealand’s commitment to the Empire in WWI, the Museum will host a special commemorative service. The service will feature a re-enactment of the Governor’s telegram-reading, a ceremonial wreath-laying and the singing of the respective national anthems. With performances from Royal New Zealand Artillery Band and the Holy Trinity Choir of Auckland.
