By Gerald Sibleyras, translated by Tom Stoppard
Director: Christine Nash
Season: June 2nd to 13th

Heroes is the bittersweet story of three old WW1 comrades, cooped up in a country home for veterans. They bicker, banter and reminisce, while hatching a plan to escape to Indochina, or maybe just as far as the poplars at the top of the hill, taking the dog statue along with them.

Experienced director Chrstine Nash has brought together a hugely talented trio: Paul Norell, John Brown and Kerry Jimson, all of whom will be well known to both Titirangi and wider Auckland audiences. Both funny and sad, this award winning play provides 80 minutes of brilliant theatre. Don’t miss it!
