Porirua Little Theatre & Trust Porirua City Brass present a musical to commemorate 100 years since the Gallipoli campaign.

Written by Amanda Stone and directed by John Goddard

The story follows three humble New Zealand families, how their families journeyed to the Dardanelles and lived and died at Gallipoli. Based on real letters sent from the front, memoirs of Gallipoli veterans and quotes and minutes from the Council of War. 'Voices from the Front' is about courage and endurance, duty, and love of country, mateship, good humour, the loss of innocence, survival and decency in the face of dreadful odds.

Featuring songs from the era such as 'I Wonder Who's Kissing Her Now', 'It's a Long Way to Tipperary', 'A Little of What You Fancy Does You Good', 'Just A Song At Twilight', war themes, and many more.
