The New Zealand American Association exists to promote and celebrate the important relationship we have between New Zealand and the United States.

For the purpose of promoting friendship and understanding, we arrange social and educational events during the year including important events in the American calendar.

One of these is ‘Memorial Day’ which honours all Americans who have died in the war. The New Zealand American Association would like to invite you to attend a commemorative church service we are arranging for Memorial Day.

As at past Memorial Day services we anticipate to have in attendance: representatives of the government and the opposition, the acting US Chargé D'affaires, representatives of all branches of the New Zealand Defence Force, the RSA, local government leaders, members of the New Zealand American Association, members of the public and representatives of the media.
