The free poppy making workshops are being led by project community artist, Jill Walker of The Travelling Tuataras.

Workshops are suitable for all ages, with no prior experience needed. Children must attend with an adult.

The poppies made at the workshop will become part of the Poppies Installation, created with Rotorua community for Anzac Day Commemoration 2017.

The installation of poppies will adorn The Memorial Bridge situated at the Sulphur Lake Sculpture Trail, which is on the grounds of The Arts Village in Hinemoa Street and will be in place on Anzac Day.
