A community celebration of the 100th year since peace was declared after World War One. Dress up in clothes through the ages 1900's to the 1960's, Being the kids with an entry to the sand saucer competition and sing along to old time favourites like "It's a long way to Tipperary", "Pack up your troubles" and be entertained by the covers band of the Andrews Sisters and their band over two hours.

There will be prizes for the best outfits and best sand saucers/gardens, the entertainment is all free.

The Mangere Bridge Historical Society will be providing a display and the ANZAC Quilt using all the poppies that were made for the ANZAC commemoration will be on display.

What a great way to honour our community, our lives, our family and the beautiful way of live we have.
