Live moment to moment, as the ANZAC troops did in the trenches at GallipolI, only a bomb’s throw away from the Turks.

In this unique re-creation of Quinn’s Post, encounter the noise, the explosions, the stench, the confined environment those men had to deal with during the ferocious struggle between opposing forces. At times confronting, this will be an experience like no other!

The Trench Experience may be booked as a stand-alone option, however, our combo deal is the best way to experience The Great War Exhibition and Quinn’s Post Trench Experience. Our combo includes admission, a 45-minute guided tour from one of our knowledgeable guides and the 30-minute sensory experience within The Trench.

The Quinn's Post Trench Experience lasts 30 minutes with the first experience at 9.10am, the last at 5.10pm, and sessions nearly every 10 minutes in between. Due to the popularity of The Trench Experience, we advise booking in advance via our website. Larger groups may need to book consecutive tours, 10 minutes apart. Feel free to phone us if you have a large group.

The Quinn’s Post Trench sensory experience may not be suitable for all visitors. The experience is not recommended for children below the age of 8 as some children may find this experience disturbing. Parental guidance is essential.

Exhibition open daily 9am–6pm
Until 6pm, Sunday 2 December 2018 when The Great War Exhibition is closing its doors to the public.

Admission charges apply.
Created by Sir Peter Jackson and supported by ANZ.

The Great War Exhibition is closing to the public at 6 pm on 2 December 2018. To ensure public availability before our closure, no online or phone bookings will be available for our guided tours or the Quinn's Post Trench Experience from Saturday 10 November 2018 onwards.
